Job Overview:

The Commercial Property Portfolio Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing the entire property portfolio, ensuring seamless compliance with lease terms and fostering positive tenant relationships.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Strategically manage all property portfolios across diverse regions to maximize value.
  • Negotiate and renew lease agreements with tenants while maintaining open lines of communication.
  • Effectively monitor lease agreements for accuracy and enforce lease terms.
  • Proactively resolve tenant complaints and queries in a timely manner.
  • Source new tenants for vacant properties.
  • Collaborate with lease administrators to prepare accurate leases and conduct pre-checks.
  • Regularly conduct site visits to ensure properties are well-maintained.

Accounting and Reporting:

  • Review and verify the accuracy of pre-bills from lease administrators.
  • Identify and correct errors in accounts before issuing statements.
  • Assist in preparing monthly management reports for directors.
  • Hold regular meetings to review portfolio performance and discuss improvements.

Staff Management:

  • Orient staff towards optimal performance by setting clear job expectations and objectives.
  • Develop and enforce policies, procedures, and standards to promote teamwork and a positive work environment.
  • Support and guide staff to ensure effective performance and implement process improvements.

Time Management:

  • Manage workload effectively and meet targets and deadlines consistently.
