Senior FP&A Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to drive strategic growth and success in our organization.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, exceptional leadership abilities, and the capacity to foster collaboration across departments.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans and models to support business decisions.
  • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
  • Leverage expertise in financial systems and tools to drive insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field (Master's / MBA preferred).
  • 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, FP&A, business operations, or consulting, ideally in fast-growing companies.
  • Experience in post-startup / scale-up environments is strongly preferred.
