Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Delivery Manager to oversee the successful execution of projects and services utilizing low-code and automation platforms.

About the Role:

This pivotal position requires an individual with exceptional project management skills, expertise in methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall, and experience working with teams to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute project plans, monitor progress, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Ensure adherence to established project management methodologies, identifying and mitigating risks as necessary.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales teams to prepare technical proposals and participate in client presentations.
  • Lead technical teams in aligning with ServiceNow best practices and organizational standards.
  • Analyze performance metrics, generate progress reports, and recommend improvements.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in managing projects involving low-code and automation platforms, preferably OutSystems or similar.
  • Proven ability to manage end-to-end deliveries, ensuring scope, timelines, and budget.
  • Solid knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall.
  • Technical understanding to support architecture discussions and critical decision-making.
  • Ability to lead delivery initiatives and consult management and engineering teams.

Desirable Skills:

  • Certifications in project management, such as PMP or ITIL.
  • Experience working in multinational environments and distributed teams.
  • Contract and SLA management expertise.
  • Digital transformation or intelligent automation project experience.
