Job Title:

Low Code Delivery Expert

We are seeking an accomplished delivery manager to oversee the successful implementation of projects utilizing low-code platforms.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead project deliveries on time, within budget, and in line with agreed-upon scope.
  • Maintain seamless communication between clients, technical teams, pre-sales, and other involved departments.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, monitor progress, and report findings.
  • Evaluate adherence to chosen methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) based on project requirements.
  • Support pre-sales activities: RFP/RFI analysis, technical proposal development, and solution presentations.
  • IDentify risks and establish mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with ITIL best practices and IT governance principles.
  • PARTicipate in strategic client meetings to understand new demands and platform advancements.
  • Guide technical teams towards efficient use of ServiceNow and organizational best practices.
  • Track performance indicators (KPIs), generate reports, and suggest continuous improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in managing projects involving low-code automation platforms such as OutSystems, Mendix, Apian or similar technologies.
  • Ability to deliver end-to-end solutions, ensuring timely, within-budget completion.
  • Sound knowledge of project management methodologies including Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall.
  • Skilled at handling multiple technologies and cross-functional teams concurrently.
  • Understanding of integration concepts (APIs, web services, databases).
  • Experience managing SLAs, KPIs, and delivery metrics effectively.
  • Knowledge of software development life cycle, backlog prioritization, and refinement techniques.
  • Sufficient technical expertise to engage in architecture discussions and critical decision-making with teams.
  • Ability to lead comprehensive delivery initiatives.
  • Capacity to provide expert advice to management and engineering teams on functional technical matters.
