About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Low-Code Delivery Manager to lead our technical teams in delivering high-quality projects based on the Outsystems platform. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery, quality, and scope.

This role requires strong project management skills, including planning, monitoring, and reporting on project progress. You must also ensure adherence to methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid, according to project requirements.

In addition to project management, you will be involved in pre-sales activities, including RFP/RFI analysis, technical proposal preparation, and solution presentations. Your ability to identify risks and define mitigation plans will be crucial in ensuring the success of our projects.

About Our Ideal Candidate

  • We seek a candidate with proven experience in managing projects involving low-code and automation platforms, preferably OutSystems, Mendix, Apian, or similar.
  • A strong background in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall) is essential.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle multiple technologies and multidisciplinary squads simultaneously.
  • We value a deep understanding of platform integrations (APIs, web services, databases), SLAs, KPIs, and delivery metrics.
  • Knowledge of software development life cycle, backlog prioritization, and refinement is highly desirable.
  • Sufficient technical understanding to support architecture discussions and critical decisions with teams is necessary.
  • Able to lead end-to-end delivery initiatives and consult management and engineering teams with functional technical advice.

Additional Requirements

  • Certifications such as Scrum Master, PMP, ITIL, or platform-specific credentials (e.g., OutSystems Tech Lead) are highly valued.
  • Experience in multinational environments and working with distributed teams is advantageous.
  • Prior involvement in digital transformation or intelligent automation projects would be beneficial.
  • Familiarity with contract and SLA management is essential.
