Procurement Specialist

This role is responsible for leading the development and implementation of commodity strategies, programs, and policies for assigned subcategories and commodities. The goal is to ensure optimal Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), Quality, Delivery, Sustainability, and Innovation.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Negotiate purchases of raw materials, paper, and packaging to secure the best possible conditions for the company.
  • Contact suppliers to obtain quotations, negotiate prices, place sample purchase orders for testing, and follow up on escalated issues from the Supply Chain team.
  • Develop and approve new suppliers to ensure the quality and compliance of products.
  • Analyze data and prepare reports for the Global Procurement team to inform decision-making.
