Procurement Specialist

As a key member of the procurement team, you will play a vital role in shaping our strategic purchasing processes. Your expertise will drive business growth by securing top-tier suppliers and negotiating favorable terms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best possible prices for raw materials, paper, and packaging.
  • Contact suppliers to obtain quotations and negotiate prices for sample purchases.
  • Develop and approve new suppliers, ensuring product quality and compliance.
  • Present comprehensive reports to the Global Procurement team, providing actionable insights for decision-making.
  • Manage supplier relationships and resolve product quality complaints.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, or Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and have a passion for the procurement field.
