The Financial Planning and Analysis professional plays a pivotal role in driving business efficiency and strategic growth. Reporting to the FPA Coordinator, this position collaborates closely with senior management to formulate financial strategies and enhance company profitability.
- Develop comprehensive financial plans through collaboration with leadership teams to drive long-term business goals.
- Design predictive models to analyze future business performance and identify key drivers of success.
- Analyze financial results to provide actionable insights on company performance and areas for improvement.
- Deliver detailed analysis and commentary on cost center performance and margin optimization opportunities.
- Review existing processes to identify opportunities for improvement and develop strategic recommendations.
- Provide data-driven insights to senior management on financial modeling, forecasting, and profitability strategies.
- Support the Annual Operation Plan and Forecast process with accurate assumptions and data.
- Collaborate with Corporate Areas to ensure effective guidance is replicated across regions.
- Work closely with Cash and P&L impact areas to ensure SBU goals are achieved.
- Support the consolidation of FP&A processes while meeting corporate deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields.
- 5+ years of experience in finance or similar roles.
- Fluent English language skills.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, persuasion, time management, and problem-solving skills.
