Business Controlling Specialist Position

This position is a key role in managing and coordinating financial statements, business activity reports, forecasts, annual budgets, and analysis reports.

  • Manage financial statement creation and coordination to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide valuable insights for decision-making.
  • Assist leadership in taking informed decisions by providing high-quality data analysis and recommendations.
  • Communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including the head of business and other leaders, on controlling topics and issues.
  • Ensure compliance and governance by applying internal and external guidelines related to financial reporting.
What We Are Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in finance or related field.
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in finance area.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills to interact with colleagues from different countries and regions.
  • Proficiency in English, Spanish preferred.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid model in São Paulo (Lapa) and later in Jundiaí/SP.
