Business Growth Specialist

We are seeking talented professionals to join our dynamic team in a multicultural environment. Our team consists of experts from various backgrounds, including the United States, Denmark, and Hungary.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop customer portfolios.
  • Contribute to defining sales targets, strategic planning, and execution of sales initiatives.
  • Prospect potential clients, conduct meetings, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions.
  • Present and validate company products with prospective customers.
  • Manage and support assigned customer portfolios, ensuring ongoing relationship management.
  • Collaborate with the service team to deliver comprehensive solutions and maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and suggest improvements to optimize sales performance.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and key technical visits.
  • Stay up to date with market trends and competitor activity.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new processes.
  • Experience with CRM tools and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strategic mindset with a strong business acumen and project development skills.
  • Collaborative, results-driven, and highly committed to company culture and values.
  • Excellent planning, organization, and teamwork skills.
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive for growth and achieving ambitious goals.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
