Enhance the quality and integrity of product data to drive business success. At our organization, we are committed to maintaining high-quality and actionable product data for global operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement global data standards and processes.
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify, investigate, and resolve product data quality issues within defined service level agreements (SLAs).
- Work with IT to develop and implement automation solutions to streamline data stewardship activities.
- Support the development and deployment of data pipelines to enhance data usability and completeness metrics.
- Monitor and report on data quality, completeness, and usability metrics to key stakeholders.
- Conduct research using internal databases and external sources to validate and enrich product data.
- Evaluate the impact of proposed data changes and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Serve as a point of contact for data-related inquiries from the user community.
- Intermediate level experience in a data management or related role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, formulas, data analysis tools).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with data governance frameworks and data quality tools.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Experience in a similar industry or knowledge of related products.
