As a senior leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic growth through integrated digital offerings. Developing a comprehensive roadmap for the portfolio and innovation department is essential to achieving this goal.

Key responsibilities include leading a team of experts in delivering profitable growth, collaborating closely with various teams to identify areas for innovation, and ensuring seamless integration and delivery of innovative solutions through cross-functional teamwork.

Additional duties include guiding go-to-market strategies, pricing, and partnerships for bid preparation, as well as identifying emerging trends, technologies, and market opportunities to drive new solution development and ensure successful product launches and optimization.

Gathering key stakeholder insights and feedback is crucial in informing portfolio and innovation strategies, driving continuous improvement initiatives for increased team efficiency and effectiveness.

A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in engineering, business, or a relevant subject area, along with 8+ years of experience, is required. Additionally, a proven track record of at least 3 years in global product management within the energy or technology sectors is necessary.

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential in mentoring and managing a team of innovation and portfolio managers, cultivating a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
