Seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Project Coordinator. As a key member of the project management team, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple localization projects from start to finish. Your primary goal will be to ensure seamless project delivery while maintaining exceptional quality and accuracy standards.Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to meet deadlines and deliverables
  • Collaborate with sales staff to clarify project requirements and negotiate vendor contracts
  • Liaise with contract translators and proofreaders worldwide to maintain excellent relationships
  • Monitor project status, prepare documentation, and perform quality checks to ensure high-quality results
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Entrepreneurship, Strategic Management, or International Business preferred
  • At least one year of professional experience in project coordination or a related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in English
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work under pressure
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with independence in carrying out tasks
