Product Coordinator - System Implementation and Management

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Coordinator to lead the implementation of our Brazilian ERP product. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the localization deployment of the tax system, ensuring stable system operation and business continuity in the Brazilian market.

Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership: Take charge of the implementation of the Brazilian ERP product, including project planning, resource allocation, and risk management.
  • System Deployment: Lead the localization deployment of the tax system, ensuring that all necessary configurations and integrations are completed on time and within budget.
  • Requirement Analysis and Solution Design: Conduct in-depth research on Brazilian tax and financial regulations, policy dynamics, and industry best practices. Collaborate with local Brazilian business departments to drive and deliver the collection and analysis of project business requirements, solution design, and system configuration optimization.
  • Operation and Maintenance Optimization: Work in coordination with local ERP service providers and the company headquarters to jointly optimize localization operation and maintenance (O&M) strategies, and establish an efficient and stable O&M system to ensure smooth system operation in the Brazilian market.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in IT or a related field.
  • Fluent English is mandatory (daily use).
  • Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience with ERP management and implementation is required.
  • Expertise in Oracle EBS standard modules (CRM/SCM/Finance).
  • Working knowledge of IT infrastructure to coordinate with HQ on local deployments.
