Product Flow Coordinator Role

Job Overview:
  • The Product Flow Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring seamless execution of product flow processes.
  • This individual will be responsible for driving the documentation process for assigned teams, managing relationships with stakeholders and ensuring timely completion of packaging processes.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support marketing teams in administrative tasks related to product documentation.
  • Coordinate end-to-end processes aligned with marketing calendars, driving deadlines and feasibility confirmation.
  • Liaise with groups responsible for release, verifying data/certifications needed for project execution.
  • Track and manage project progress, alerting stakeholders when escalation is necessary.
Requirements:
  • 5-8 years of experience in Project Management.
  • Graduate degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or Industrial Engineering.
  • Multi-country business orientation.
  • Design program knowledge: Excel, InDesign (additional skills: Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • English language proficiency.
