Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized logistics coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of logistics and purchasing processes, as well as excellent communication, problem-solving, analytical thinking, and teamwork skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Coordinate daily logistics activities, including issuing batches, transport labels, invoices, packing, shipping, and collections to ensure efficient operations.
  2. Proactively interact with marketplaces to coordinate deliveries and receipts, ensuring deadlines are met and material flow is continuous.
  3. Manage returns, reshipments, address changes, and order cancellations.
  4. Open and track calls with transport companies regarding delayed orders and other issues.
  5. Analyze company purchasing needs, prepare, and execute purchase orders for resale products and supplies.
  6. Maintain daily stock control to ensure product availability and minimize losses and shortages.
  7. Resolve issues related to deliveries, product quality, and invoices.
  8. Conduct inventory, record material entries and exits, and identify replenishment needs.
  9. Generate reports on purchase performance, logistics indicators, and supplier performance.
  10. Research suppliers, collect quotes, negotiate prices, and perform other procurement-related tasks.
