Job Title: Pharmaceutical Logistics Coordinator

Job Description

The successful candidate will assist the project coordination/logistics operations sector in all activities described herein.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To collaborate and coordinate the receipt and shipment of medicinal products/materials to maintain an adequate control of the materials entering the warehouse, check their documentation and confirm the arrival for customers.
  • Process orders of medicinal products/supplies to medical institutions and request confirmation of receipt to follow established requirements.
  • Help with inventory control to ensure the entry and exit of inputs are properly recorded.
  • Perform return processes, coordinating with medical institutions the delivery of products and verification of pertinent documentation.
  • Collaborate with reception, shipment, and return processes, all in compliance with agreed terms and upon completion of support documentation.
  • Control internal supply stock for shipment to institutions.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Students or graduates in health, logistics operations, and management areas.
  • Without experience or up to 1 year of experience in similar activities in the pharmaceutical industry, CROs, or similar logistics companies.
  • Intermediate oral and written English level.
  • Knowledge of Outlook, Microsoft Office package, Internet.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Courses of clinical trials, IATA - Dangerous Goods Transportation.
