About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated engineering professional to lead a team of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection engineers in growing our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pursue opportunities by networking with clients and sourcing new development projects.
  • Collaborate on business strategy, branding, and growth within this geography.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • 15+ years of progressive experience in their technical field required.
  • Thorough knowledge and interpretation of industry standards and code compliance.
  • Experience with client management and/or business development efforts is essential.
  • Background in technical proposal development.
  • Self-motivated, focused, and dedicated to leading a team to deliver solutions for clients.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to interact with all levels of employees across multiple disciplines.
