Job Title: MEP Market Sector Leader

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our MEP market sector. This role requires an experienced and highly motivated individual with a proven track record in MEP engineering.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in MEP design, established business relationships with public and/or private clients, and a strong ability to build and lead a team of engineers.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • PE license is required.
  • 15+ years of progressive experience in their technical field.
  • Thorough knowledge and interpretation of industry standards and code compliance.
  • Experience with client management and/or business development efforts.
  • Background in technical proposal development.
  • Self-motivated, focused, and dedicated to leading a team to deliver solutions for clients.
  • Ability to interact with all levels of employees across multiple disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of engineers to deliver MEP solutions.
  • Develop and implement market strategy, branding, and growth initiatives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with public and/or private clients.
  • Pursue opportunities through networking and sourcing new development opportunities.
