Job Summary:

This leadership position oversees a team of care managers, providing expert support to individuals with autism and their families.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Delivers specialized knowledge, technical expertise, and resource management services to care managers and clinical colleagues.
  • Mentors new staff members, assists with training, and reviews utilization of autism services.
  • Analyzes data on service usage, shapes Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services, and ensures coordination with other providers.
  • Collaborates with the ABA treatment team to develop care plans and provision, ensuring ongoing progress measurements are in place.

Qualifications:
  • Must possess one of the following state licenses or national certification: Board Certified Behavior Analyst; Licensed Clinical Social Worker; Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist; Licensed Professional Counselor.
  • Minimum five years experience in Behavioral Health required.
  • Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling is essential.

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills are crucial for success in this role. The ideal candidate will be able to effectively manage a team, analyze complex data, and provide high-quality care to individuals with autism.
