Key Responsibilities:- Drive market share and revenue growth in the Northeast region by developing winning strategies and proposals.
- Become a trusted advisor to utilities and power developers, understanding their goals and aligning capabilities to meet their needs.
- Pursue major business opportunities and campaigns, develop deep client insight and guide proposal efforts.
- Collaborate with leadership to define and execute regional strategic plans.
- Mentor teams to foster a culture of client focus and strategic thinking, ensuring the right talent matches client needs.
- Align resources to support growth opportunities in collaboration with operational partners.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, sciences, business, marketing or related field.
- At least 15 years of experience in the power market with a strong track record in client development and strategic leadership.
- Proven success in leading major business development efforts and building long-term relationships.
- Deep understanding of the Northeast energy market.
- Excellent communication, collaboration and leadership skills.
- Ability to travel and engage with clients and teams across the region.
