Market Sector Leadership Opportunity

As a seasoned MEP engineer, you will lead our team in the market sector and drive growth through strategic initiatives. Your expertise in MEP design and established business relationships with clients will be key to success.

The successful candidate will oversee the daily supervision of technical workload, collaborate on market strategy and branding, and pursue opportunities through networking and sourcing new development opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related field
  • PE license is required
  • 15+ years of progressive experience in their technical field required
  • Thorough knowledge and interpretation of industry standards and code compliance
  • Experience with client management and/or business development efforts is essential
  • Background in technical proposal development
  • Self-motivated, focused, and dedicated to leading a team to deliver solutions for our clients
  • Ability to interact with all levels of employees across multiple disciplines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
