Job Description:

Sales Operations Analysts play a pivotal role in driving process and data quality improvement to ensure seamless order processing. This involves supporting the day-to-day operations of the sales function globally, reviewing opportunities for accuracy, and providing orders on successful deal closure.

  • Support global sales operations by reviewing and verifying sales data, ensuring compliance with established standards.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Operations Manager to streamline sales processes and enhance data quality metrics.
  • Deliver actionable insights and analytics to executive stakeholders, enabling informed decision-making.
  • Implement surveys and define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure sales performance.
Key Requirements:
  • Exceptional academic achievements from high school and university.
  • Proven experience in sales operations or sales order processing roles.
  • Proficiency in technology subscription-based business environments.
  • Experience driving data quality improvement initiatives.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Able to work productively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to manage across boundaries, particularly working with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Marketing teams.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.

Travel requirements: Occasional international travel for company events up to two weeks long.
