Synopsis
We are seeking an accomplished Strategic Facilities Director to lead our 197-acre Allentown campus with 2 million square feet of cutting-edge facilities and create a workplace that inspires productivity and pride.
About the Role
- Lead and develop diverse facilities teams including maintenance, security, grounds and custodial teams directly or through managers across multiple buildings.
- Collaborate with Corporate and Branch leadership on facilities policies, procedures, long-term planning and team development.
- Accurately plan and oversee budgets, capital expenses and projects.
- Conduct regular inspections of buildings, sites and equipment to identify and address maintenance needs.
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance and troubleshooting requests.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 12 years of management experience; 5+ years of warehouse facilities experience preferred.
- Proven expertise in plumbing, fire protection, HVAC, electrical systems, data center, landscaping and Computerized Maintenance Management System.
