Key Responsibilities- Lead Brazilian Indirect Tax Matters covering legacy taxes such as ISS, ICMS, PIS, COFINS, IPI, Import Duty Tax, and upcoming taxes post the Tax Reform.
- Advise on new & existing business models.
- Guide disclosures of important tax positions in Indirect Tax Returns.
- Supervise internal & external indirect tax audit/inquiry responses.
- Support systems & process improvement projects, in collaboration with various business Teams.
