We are seeking an experienced Tax Senior Manager to join our global team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic guidance on tax planning, advisory services, and legislative activity.
The main components of this position include:
- Developing and implementing global tax strategies and goals
- Providing expert advice on tax legislation and regulations
- Leading indirect tax and customs audits
- Managing litigation matters and outside counsel
- Providing technical analysis support for uncertain tax positions
In addition to these responsibilities, the successful candidate will also have the opportunity to work with our cross-functional teams to drive business growth and innovation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:
- A law degree and relevant Legal Tax qualification
- Twelve or more years of professional tax advisory experience
- Strong knowledge of tax legislation and regulations
- Proven expertise in tax controversy, tax compliance, and tax planning
- Advanced English language skills
- Excellent influencing, negotiating, and organizational leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
