The Pharmacovigilance Business Analyst is a vital role within our organization, ensuring patient safety and regulatory compliance through efficient safety operations.
This position serves as a liaison between business users, regulatory teams, and IT to gather requirements, implement solutions, and provide support for pharmacovigilance systems.
- Gather and analyze requirements for pharmacovigilance systems and workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with global regulatory standards.
- Support validation and user acceptance testing of PV systems.
- Provide training to end-users on safety systems and processes.
Work closely with stakeholders to identify needs and develop system requirements.
2. Solution Implementation:Collaborate with IT and regulatory teams to design and implement effective solutions.
3. Compliance and Validation:Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and validate system functionality.
4. Training and Support:Deliver comprehensive training and ongoing support to end-users.
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Life Sciences, Pharmacy, IT).
Experience working with safety systems such as Argus, ArisG, Veeva Vault Safety.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
