Job Details

As a Class Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting academic staff and faculty, ensuring seamless course management and student engagement.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Proficiency in English is essential, with other languages being an added advantage.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing administrative support to academic staff and faculty
  • Managing course schedules and maintaining records and databases
  • Acting as the primary contact for students, handling administrative requests and technical issues
  • Monitoring student enrollment and progress, offering guidance as needed
  • Facilitating communication between academic staff and students
  • Coordinating events, seminars, and workshops to support student learning and engagement
  • Liaising with tutors to ensure timely assessment and feedback delivery
  • Maintaining records, reports, and program-related documentation

Required qualifications include:

  • Proficiency in English (C1+), with other languages being an added advantage
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in higher education
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Familiarity with online learning management systems and educational technologies
