About the Role

SAP is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to join our Global Customer Engagement & Services team. As an Enterprise Architect, you will play a crucial role in shaping the digital transformation of our customers, driving innovation adoption, and building trust. You will work closely with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to provide holistic advice and guidance on enterprise architecture, cloud architecture, and system integration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide enterprise architecture guidance to transformation leaders, applying RISE Methodology and Clean Core principles.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, driving architecture effectiveness and shaping the agenda.
  • Prepare and support adoption towards full consumption, identifying and mitigating technical adoption risks.
  • Align with partners to SAP's Clean Core mantra and promote SAP best practices.
  • Provide customer context to all teams requested to contribute to the overall customer transformation effort.
Requirements
  • Strong focus on the customer and customer success outcomes.
  • Solid experience in a customer experience role, with a solid understanding of SAP Enterprise Architecture Framework and Toolset.
  • Excellent executive-level communication, collaboration, influencing, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to understand extremely varied cultural and business environments, globally.
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese (or Spanish).
