Enterprise Solutions Strategist

As an Enterprise Solutions Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the internal tools that power our business.

You will lead the vision and strategy for our custom internal tooling ecosystem, working closely with engineering, operations, and business stakeholders to design and deliver solutions that streamline workflows, increase efficiency, and enable our teams to operate at scale.

The ideal candidate will have progressive product management experience in a technical environment, with a strong understanding of DevOps, internal platform engineering, and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) best practices.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with business leaders and fellow Product Managers to understand our enterprise product strategy.
  • Owning the end-to-end experience for internal systems and tools, ensuring they drive efficiency, reliability, and scalability.
  • Translating complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Refining and prioritizing your product roadmap based on user research, data-driven insights, and input from business stakeholders.

A successful Enterprise Solutions Strategist will possess strong working knowledge of Agile software delivery approaches and be able to deeply understand internal user workflows and organizational pain points.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Progressive product management experience in a technical environment.
  • Familiarity with DevOps, internal platform engineering, and SRE best practices.
  • Strong working knowledge of Agile software delivery approaches.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights.
