About the Position

At DB Schenker, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Analyst to join our IT team in São Paulo. As a key member of our global logistics network, you will play a crucial role in supporting the management of our projects and programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain alignment among Super Users to ensure seamless collaboration and communication;
  • Develop and implement system manuals to standardize processes and improve efficiency;
  • Assist in preparing reports and KPIs for various stakeholders;
  • Standardize air import and export procedures to optimize logistics operations;
  • Conduct process audits to ensure high-quality information and identify areas for improvement;
  • Develop, test, and implement system improvements and fixes to enhance system performance;
  • Manage system performance to ensure optimal results;
Requirements
  • Degree in Systems Analysis, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields;
  • ERP knowledge, with experience in TOTVS Protheus being essential;
  • Knowledge of WMS and Microsoft Office;
  • Proficiency in SOAP and REST integrations (web services);
  • Experience in user support for computer systems;
  • Accounting and financial knowledge (desirable);
  • Fluent English (essential).
