Project Manager Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our team. In this role, you will bring a proven track record of managing projects from inception to completion, with a strong focus on fixed-price and short-term projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee all phases of the project lifecycle, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Develop and execute project plans, including scheduling, resource allocation, risk management, and financial control.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships, managing expectations, and ensuring high satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Project Management or related field, or relevant work experience.
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in project management, with a focus on fixed price and short-term projects, pre-sale experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing projects from start to end, including inceptions and pre-sales activities.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with groups like Software Developers, Delivery/Project Managers, and Account Managers.
  • Proven ability to prepare detailed proposals and manage pre-sales processes.
  • Strong financial knowledge, with experience in managing project budgets and financial reporting.
  • High level of organization, planning, prioritization and attention to detail; Strong team orientation, maintain partnerships, collaborate and influence across multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent client management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Upper-Intermediate English Level.
