Key Responsibilities
  • Create and execute scalable strategies to effectively manage tens of thousands of Host accounts in South America through targeted communication.
  • Help Hosts enhance their listings and offerings to meet demand, resulting in improved business outcomes.
  • Enhance Host sentiment by providing support and addressing issues at scale.
  • Educate the Host community on product trends, policies, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with the central engagement team to develop a unified communications calendar for Hosts in South America, ensuring alignment in strategy, tone, and voice.
  • Demonstrate the ability to handle complex operational tasks and maximize the impact of limited resources.
  • SUPPORT HOST COMMUNITY PROGRAMS IN YOUR REGION.
  • Analyze data and apply data-driven insights to identify and act on strategic opportunities in your region, driving sales growth.
  • Proactively onboard new, high-quality supply at scale in South America.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of technical integrations with software partners to provide effective support.
  • Represent the organization in external meetings and industry conferences.
  • Keep clients informed of significant product changes and facilitate feedback to internal stakeholders.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of assigned geographic markets and serve as the primary source for information on local trends and market dynamics for both internal and external partners.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration with product, communications, public policy, and customer support teams to ensure long-term market success.
