  • Manage City Business Partners (BPs): Oversee a team of experienced BPs and guide their execution plans to ensure seamless delivery of operational objectives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with product, growth, and central ops teams to resolve city-level gaps and drive business results.
  • Operational Governance: Own escalation handling, regional compliance, and operational governance to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics/supply chain/field operations
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Proven ability to manage teams and influence across functions
  • Experience working in high-growth or fast-scaling environments
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Operations, Supply Chain, or related field
