Job Description:

As a Solution Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth for our fintech division in Brazil. You will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative solutions to meet the evolving needs of our customers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java programming, with experience in large-scale distributed systems and cloud technology. They should also possess a deep understanding of payments and fintech industry trends.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing localization payment scenarios in 99Pay, including Pix, Rider payment, bill payment, mobile recharge, gift card, etc.
  • Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including business, operation, development, tech support, infosec, and compliance teams.
  • Collecting requirements from different teams, understanding team needs, and dismantling them into technical solutions.
  • Conducting technical evaluations on vendor solutions and delivering high-quality solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

5+ years of Java programming experience in Matera core components (Conta Corrente, MIP etc.) or **5+ years of Java programming experience** in Dock Pix service is required.

Other key qualifications include:

  • Hands-on experience in large distributed systems/cloud technology
  • Understanding and experience in payments or fintech industry
  • Capability to create innovative, customer-driven banking or payment solutions
  • Ability to work with global teams, strong in multi-tasking and perform well under pressure
  • Highly developed skills in organization, time management, relationship building, presentation, and oral/written communications in English
