Key Responsibilities- We require a highly skilled professional to collect and consolidate reports monitoring the results of Infrastructure investments via a sophisticated system.
- This role entails conducting variance analysis to compare actual financial outcomes with business plans and budgets across various portfolio companies.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing consolidated Infrastructure management presentations, including Results Deck, Debt Deck, and Flash EBITDA.
- Monitoring key performance indicators and communicating findings to stakeholders to support our financial strategy is also a crucial aspect of this position.
- A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field is necessary.
- Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in the infrastructure sector, is highly desirable.
- Understanding of accounting principles, including allocations and movements generated in the three financial statements, is essential.
- Familiarity with valuation concepts, such as Equity Value, Enterprise Value, Net Debt, capital costs, and discounted cash flows, is required.
- Proficiency in Financial Modeling is a plus.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; Spanish skills are an added advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are highly valued.
