Job Title: Infrastructure Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Infrastructure Analyst to join our team. As an Infrastructure Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing investment opportunities and supporting existing investments in the region.

This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in business administration, economics, accounting, finance, and/or engineering. If you have previous experience working for a private equity fund, institutional investors, or for investment banks as part of the M&A advisory or Equity research team, we want to hear from you.

The successful candidate will have outstanding financial modeling skills, be able to build models from scratch, review models, and develop scenarios. They will also be detail-oriented with a hands-on attitude to deal execution, thriving in a culture of high-expectations and personal responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial modeling of transactions, deal screening, and appraisal
  • Contributing to transaction analysis and helping prepare documentation for investment decisions
  • Supporting existing investments in the region, including conducting financial research on public and private companies for potential acquisitions
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university with coursework emphasizing business administration, economics, accounting, finance, and/or engineering
  • Previous experience working for a private equity fund, institutional investors, or for investment banks as part of the M&A advisory or Equity research team
  • Outstanding financial modeling skills, ability to build models from scratch, model review, and scenario development
  • Detail-oriented with a hands-on attitude to deal execution, thriving in a culture of high-expectations and personal responsibility
