Leadership Internship Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced leadership intern to join our team. This internship is designed for individuals who have completed their MBA/PhD and have 3-10 years of experience in a complex role.

Job Description:

This internship will provide the opportunity to work on business-critical challenges and gain practical experience of being a leader of large teams. You will be responsible for leading continuous improvement projects, developing standard operating procedures, and directing accountability for setting and meeting operational goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3-10 years of complex professional experience (excluding internships and work studies)
  • Flexible to work in non-traditional shift patterns, which may include nights and weekends
  • Open to relocate within the country you have applied to work within
  • Analytical skills and sound business judgment

A Day in the Life:
