Accountant Analyst Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Accountant Analyst to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, be proficient in financial software and possess strong communication skills.

  • Assist with financial tasks including maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
  • Be responsible for fixed assets control and finance leases.
  • Stay up-to-date on relevant accounting and tax regulations for Brazil and the United States.
  • Ensure the company's compliance with all legal and tax requirements.
  • Assist in analyzing financial trends and preparing detailed reports for management to facilitate strategic decision-making.
  • Help monitor and optimize operational costs by identifying efficiency opportunities.
  • Assist in both external and internal audits to ensure the accuracy and integrity of accounting records.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Basic understanding of Direct Taxes and financial statement closure, including ECD/ECF.
  • Experience in USGAAP and/or IFRS.
  • Desirable experience in medium-sized companies.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in English communication, at least at a B2 level or above.
