Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the recruitment process, developing relationships with internal stakeholders, and ensuring that all hiring activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures.

About the Role:

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Sourcing and attracting top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
  • Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to meet business needs.
  • Coordinating interviews and assessments with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Managing applicant tracking systems (ATS) and maintaining accurate records of all hiring activities.
  • Providing excellent customer service to internal stakeholders and candidates.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
