Job Position: Data Architect

The role entails designing and implementing a data architecture to integrate various sources into the enterprise data foundation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing solutions for integrations and data processing.
  • Supporting sustainable activities on data assets within the domain.
  • Collaborating with stakeholder teams to resolve issues.
  • Working on user stories for data ingestion into bronze and silver tables.
  • Coordinating with data governance, steward, and modelling teams.
  • Tracking backlog tech debt items and collaborating with the Scrum Master.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Data Engineer with minimum 3 years in Azure tool Stack (Databricks , ADF, Synapse Analytics).
  • Strong expertise in writing complex SQL and transformations.
  • Ability to write, review, and examine code written in Python and PySpark.
  • Proficient in DevOps CI/CD.
  • Expertise in RDBMS.
  • Fundamental knowledge of data warehousing concepts.
  • SQL & SQL Tuning within Data Lake (Delta Format).
  • Cost Optimizations.

Nice to have skills and experience include:

  • Azure Solution Architecture Experience.
  • Tableau & PowerBI.
