Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Coordinator to lead the planning and implementation of projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead project planning and implementation
- Facilitate project scope, goals, and deliverables definition
- Define project tasks and resource requirements
- Develop full-scale project plans
- Assemble and coordinate project staff
- Manage project budget and resource allocation
- Plan and schedule project timelines
- Track project deliverables using appropriate tools
- Provide direction and support to project team
- Plan and assure quality assurance for project deliverables
- Monitor and report on progress to stakeholders
- Presents reports defining project progress, problems, and solutions
- Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Qualification in Project Management is preferred
- Excellent English knowledge
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Documentation management and ability to use project management tools
- Attention to details even under pressure
- Time management skills with ability to meet deadlines
Available to work on-site in Sao Paulo, Brazil
