Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Accountant to join our team. As a key member of the accounting team, you will be responsible for managing financial data, identifying revenue opportunities, and ensuring accurate billing.

Responsibilities
  • Data Accuracy & Reporting: Ensure accurate spend and cost savings data entry into StarCite meeting management tool. Conduct quality control of final budgets for accuracy in spend and savings reporting.
  • Billing: Identify revenue variances between original and final bill. Monitor group balance transactions and make additional revenue adjustments as necessary.
  • Supplier Partnerships: Resolve billing discrepancies with vendors. Collect all hotel commissions due.
  • Project Management: Manage billing reconciliation process for meeting and event expenditures. Work with planning leads to produce accurate final invoices.
Requirements
  • Financial Management Skills: Proven ability to manage financial data, identify revenue opportunities, and ensure accurate billing.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with ability to effectively communicate with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
