As a key player in driving organisational change, the successful candidate will lead the transformation by enabling positive changes in processes and protocols through strategic planning, execution, and monitoring.
This role is crucial to ensuring a seamless transition into new systems that maximise efficiency and effectiveness.
The ideal candidate will be a people-oriented leader who can guide employees at all levels to adapt to and embrace change with confidence.
- Plan, implement, and supervise organisational changes
- Perform key roles in the transformation process, including strategising to reduce expenses, boost revenue, and amplify efficiency
- Continuously evaluate every step of the transformation processes and protocols of the proposed changes and find solutions to bridge the gaps in these systems
- Ensure that the training plans guarantee a smooth transition into the new strategy
- Track the progress of the new changes and report them to senior business heads and stakeholders
- Deal with resistance from employees and staff members by anticipating tension while developing the proposed changes
Required Skills/Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field of study
- English Advanced (B2-C1)
- +8 years of experience
- Prior experience working as a transformation strategist or in a similar role is required
- Proficiency in transformation management practices, principles, frameworks, and tools
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team
Preferred skills and qualifications:
- Master's degree in human resources, business administration, or a similar field
- Intermediate Spanish proficiency (highly desirable)
- CCMP (Certified Change Management Professional) certification
- Experience in monitoring transformation management protocols, from start to finish
- Hands-on experience in leading implementation projects from planning to execution
- Nice to have: Experience with Kronos
