2D Art Production Role

Epic Games is seeking a highly skilled 2D Art Producer to join their team. As a key member of the Fortnite art production team, you will own the art production process related to 2D cosmetic graphics and asset creations.

This is a fast-paced environment where you will partner with multiple art discipline leads/directors to drive high-velocity, high-impact development cycles successfully, balancing short-term needs and long-term vision.

  • You will act as a tactical partner by helping to drive forward roadmap initiatives, including feedback collection, requirements gathering, initiative build-out, feature breakdown, estimations, capacity tracking, and resourcing to drive a solid roadmap that achieves defined strategic product goals.
  • Collaboration with producers and other disciplines on the development teams' needs to complete initiatives. Communicate frequently and proactively to highlight progress, risks, and mitigations.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Previous experience in a production role where you've managed high-quality art planning.
  • Production experience and the ability to guide teams through ambiguity and change in a fast-paced environment and high-pressure scenarios.
  • Excellent organizational skills and highly efficient time management.
  • Ability to build strong partnerships at every level.
  • Understanding of dependency-driven pipelines, scheduling and asset tracking, and project management practices and tools.
