Whether it's driving a vision from start to finish or collaborating with teams to inspire and deliver projects of high quality, our producers focus on guiding concepts through production execution and into implementation.

We are looking for an Art Producer to join our art team. In this position, you will be responsible for handling and organizing art tasks to help artists do their best work every day. Our team of producers focuses on guiding concepts from creation through production execution and into implementation. This role will work across the art pipeline, partnering with many different teams.

In this role, you will:

  • Manage the Timeline - Partner with art discipline Leads and Art Directors to execute tasks against dependency-driven asset schedules to ensure successful, on-time release of content that meets the Epic Art quality bar. Maintain Shotgrid scheduling, triage, and tracking.
  • Be the center of Communication - Facilitate constant communication with the art production team as well as cross-department production teams; providing transparency on asset status, risks, and opportunities. Ensure stakeholders have proper visibility into development and are informed of any changes that may impact their teams.
  • Proactively seek resolutions - Identify problems and propose solutions for your team, before they become roadblocks. Own the outcome of your area, and never wait to see if someone else will clear your path.
  • Be a flexible multitasker - Handle multiple large production needs within your development pod(s). Understand how to identify and break down prioritizations, and keep up strong communication across multiple outlets: email, Slack, meetings, and documentation.
  • Support all of your team's production needs including, but not limited to; planning, scheduling; task tracking, and bug triage.

This role requires

4+ years of experience working in a production role managing cross-functional teams in the creation and delivery of complex projects

Deep understanding of game development and project management practices

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Experience in an environment where you had to exhibit amazing problem-solving skills daily, viewing each new problem as an opportunity for success

A self-starter who approaches challenges creatively and methodically, seeing them through to final resolution

The ability to communicate with varying levels of stakeholders within your team and throughout the company

Ability to drive high velocity, high impact development cycles while balancing out short-term needs and long-term vision

Ability to adapt and be effective in ambiguous situations within a highly dynamic environment
