Production Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned production leader to join our team and drive the delivery of high-quality art assets across various products.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in production roles, with a proven track record of managing large areas of art planning, creation, and delivery. They will be able to guide teams through ambiguity and change in fast-paced environments and high-pressure scenarios.

  • This role requires a strong understanding of dependency-driven pipelines, scheduling, and asset tracking, as well as project management practices and tools.
  • The successful candidate will be able to build strong partnerships at every level and communicate effectively with executive leadership, including proactive updates on potential impacts to upcoming releases.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing a framework/pipeline for the on-time, repeatable, and scalable delivery of all art assets.
  • Partnering with executive and functional leadership to determine the right time and people necessary to see deliverables through to completion.
  • Leading capacity planning and overall project management against critical organizational needs.
  • Communicating project status, risks, and opportunities to executive leadership.
