As a leader, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive framework that ensures the timely, repeatable, and scalable delivery of all art assets. This involves partnering closely with cross-functional teams to determine the right resources and strategies necessary to meet organizational goals.
- Develop a pipeline that streamlines the creation and management of art assets, ensuring seamless collaboration between teams.
- Lead capacity planning and project management efforts, taking into account critical dependencies and tradeoff decisions involving art to ensure successful releases.
- Communicate project status, risks, and opportunities to executive leadership, providing proactive updates on potential impacts to upcoming releases.
- Elevate the team by sharing best practices and promoting efficiency across the organization.
The successful candidate will possess:
- Previous experience in a production role where they have managed large areas of high-quality art planning, creation, and delivery.
- Production leadership experience and the ability to guide teams through ambiguity and change in fast-paced environments.
- Expert communication and organizational skills, as well as highly efficient time management.
- Understanding of dependency-driven pipelines, scheduling, asset tracking, and project management practices and tools.
