Senior Art Producer Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Art Producer to collaborate with our internal, external, and outsourced teams. The ideal candidate will work closely with product managers, designers, artists, animators, and QA analysts to define project milestones, goals, and schedules.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate content roadmaps with product managers, designers, and technical leadership.
  • Foster collaboration between departments and partners to resolve production impediments.
  • Lead planning meetings with the content team.
  • Manage daily team activities and track progress.
  • Maintain close communication with team members and outsourcing partners to ensure they meet deadlines, objectives, and quality standards.
  • Identify risks early on to mitigate them and communicate issues and proposed solutions clearly.
  • Ensure consistent quality maintenance or improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies.
  • Experience with industry-standard project management tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project).
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Portuguese.
  • 3 years of experience as a producer, artist, or game designer.
