Technical Art Director for Game Engine Technologies

Effective management of a team of technical artists is crucial in this role.
The ideal candidate will be experienced in Unreal Engine or other real-time game engine technologies, skilled in authoring materials and shaders, and proficient in Blueprints and programming languages.
A proven leader with experience managing technical artists and collaborating with all art departments is essential. Proficiency with 3D modeling tools, texture creation, and procedural modeling is also required.
We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee the development of new features from start to finish.
This role requires close collaboration with Gameplay Engineers and Designers to ensure seamless execution of tasks.
The successful candidate will have strong problem-solving skills and be able to optimize Art Content for performance across multiple platforms.
A key responsibility will be to provide ongoing art direction and feedback on tasks to ensure high-quality results.
In addition to the above responsibilities, the Technical Art Director will work closely with production to plan, scope, and estimate tasks.
